The songstress who released her new single “Makoma” which features Obidi on August 1 in a conversation with Zionfelix on Radio Univers disclosed that Michael Owusu Addo did not stress her management team when they approached him to feature on the song.
The ‘Too Late’ singer added that even though Sarkodie was out of the country at the time they contacted to him, he did not reject their offer.
She continued that the BET award-winner within a twinkle of an eye after they made him aware of their intention to feature him sent them his verse of the song.
“My team has links so it was not difficult getting Sarkodie on the song. I chose to work with Sarkodie because I’ve always wanted to do something with him but I was not getting the right song to feature him.
My management after recording this song suggested that we feature Sarkodie on it so we sent it to him. He was not in Ghana but he recorded his part and emailed it to us.” Adina told Zionfelix..
The Ghanaian-South African singer revealed that Sarkodie took nothing for the collaboration
